By placing an order with us, you're agreeing to the following:

1. Orders

When you make a purchase, you'll receive an email confirming your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if something doesn’t feel right (like incorrect pricing, stock errors, or suspected misuse). If that happens, we’ll contact you directly.

2. Payment

All prices are in AUD and processed securely via our trusted payment providers. Your information is encrypted, and we never store full payment details ourselves.

3. Shipping

We aim to ship within 3-7 business days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves our hands. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, product photos, and written words on this site are the property of Daughter of Fire and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Ask first - we’re kind.

6. Accuracy

We do our best to describe every product clearly and honestly. Small variations in colour or print may occur - especially with handmade or hand-printed items. Please note that computer and mobile screens may not display colours exactly as they appear in real life.

7. Account Info

If you create an account, please keep your login safe. You’re responsible for activity under your account unless someone’s clearly up to no good - in that case, let us know and we’ll help.
