Returns
If something doesn’t quite fit - physically or emotionally - we accept returns on unworn items in original condition within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return postage. Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund or exchange, minus original shipping costs.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll replace or refund it - whatever works best for you.
Refunds
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Sale Items
Unless faulty, sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
