Made-to-Order Items
All our apparel products are made to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size (we don’t keep exchange stock). Size guides are included on every listing, and if you’re unsure, just get in touch before ordering and we can work with you to find the perfect size!
Jewellery & Digital Downloads
For hygiene and copyright reasons, jewellery and digital downloads cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll replace or refund it - whatever works best for you.
Refunds
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Sale Items
Unless faulty, sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
